I have no clue what kind but it’s completely un-liveried and parked in the corner of the airport usually reserved for freight operations. This is likely some big-wig’s corporate jet.
EDIT: poking around in google image results for “trijet” reveals it to be a Dassault Falcon.
EDIT 2 ELECTRIC BOOGALOO: a search of the tail number reveals it to be owned by Oakmont Corp, a Californian investment management firm
